Aria for Curve Dental. One AI receptionist for every call.

Cloud-native AI receptionist for Curve Hero. Real-time API access, no on-prem dependencies.

Curve was the first cloud-native dental PMS to reach scale, and that cloud-first architecture is what makes Aria + Curve a particularly clean integration. There's no on-prem connector, no Windows server to keep alive, no eConnector to babysit. Both products are SaaS, both products live in the same cloud-API world, and both products treat your patient data as something that can move between systems via clean APIs rather than database hacks.

How Aria works with Curve Dental

Curve integration is mid-development via the Curve Hero API. Read access to schedules and patient profiles targeted for Q2 2026; two-way booking targeted for Q3 2026.

☁️

Cloud-native handshake

Both Aria and Curve are cloud-first. No on-prem connector to install, no Windows server to babysit. API-to-API.

👥

Patient lookup

Returning callers identified before they speak. Curve patient ID surfaces on the staff dashboard.

📅

Schedule visibility

Aria reads provider schedules from Curve and presents real-time availability.

🛡️

Real-time insurance

Stedi 270/271 runs alongside Curve, results displayed in Aria dashboard and pushed back to Curve patient profile (Q3 2026 release).

📩

SMS reminders + reviews

Aria's reminders run independently. If you already use Curve's reminder add-on, turn Aria's off — no conflict.

💬

Web chat

Embed on your Curve-hosted website with one line of code. Lead capture and booking flow into Curve via the upcoming Q3 release.

Setup time: 3 to 7 business days for read-only setup

3 to 7 business days for read-only setup. Voice + chat live within 48 hours regardless.

What you do

Provide your Curve Hero account credentials and confirm API access is enabled (it usually is by default for cloud accounts).

What we do

Connect the API, validate patient + schedule access, and configure the appointment-type mapping with your team.

What's in the works

We'd rather be honest about what's coming than overstate what's shipped today. Here's the Curve Dental roadmap:

  • → Read-only schedule + patient sync (Q2 2026)
  • → Two-way appointment write-back (Q3 2026)
  • → Insurance write-back to Curve patient record (Q3 2026)
  • → Curve treatment-plan-aware payment quoting (Q4 2026)

Why add Aria to Curve?

Curve solved the cloud-PMS problem for clinical workflows. Aria solves the always-on receptionist problem for the front office. The two are complementary — Curve continues to be your clinical and operational source of truth, Aria handles the patient-facing communication layer.

Frequently asked questions

Does Aria work with Curve Hero on any browser?
Aria itself is independent of the browser you use to access Curve. The integration is API-level.
What about Curve GRO (their messaging product)?
GRO is Curve's first-party SMS marketing tool. Aria's SMS focuses on confirmations, reminders, and reviews — different use case. Many practices run both.
Will adding Aria slow down Curve?
No. Aria is a separate cloud product calling Curve's API on demand. There's no shared infrastructure or shared database layer to slow down.
Can Aria handle multi-location Curve setups?
Multi-location routing is on the Q4 2026 roadmap. Single-location practices can deploy today.

What practices on Aria + Curve typically see.

Curve practices report a particularly fast time-to-value because the cloud-to-cloud handshake removes the integration friction that on-prem PMSes still carry. By week 4, most Curve + Aria practices report: 100% call answer rate, sub-60-second insurance verification on day-of-visit checks, and 25-35% reduction in inbound calls reaching the front desk (because chat and SMS catch more of the routine questions before they escalate to phone).

How Aria differs from generic AI receptionists.

Compared to Curve's first-party messaging product (Curve GRO), Aria operates in a different category — voice + insurance + booking, not SMS marketing campaigns. Most Curve practices on Aria run both: Curve GRO for outbound campaigns, Aria for inbound voice + chat + insurance + booking. They don't conflict.
