Transparent pricing for every dental practice.

Three tiers. Monthly contracts. No hardware to swap. We'll get you a custom quote in 24 hours — and we'll tell you which tier is right before we send a contract.

Pick the tier that matches your practice

Pricing scales with call volume and number of locations. Most single-location general dental practices land in Solo or Growing. The numbers below are placeholder ranges while we finalize public pricing for 2026 — request a custom quote and we'll respond within 24 hours.

What everyone gets

Every Aria plan — Solo, Growing, or DSO — includes the same core capabilities. We don't paywall HIPAA compliance or basic features the way some vendors do.

HIPAA-compliant by default

Signed BAA included. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Subprocessor list available on request.

24/7 voice answering

Aria takes calls when your front desk is closed, on lunch, or already on another line. No "AI sometimes" tier.

All integrations

Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Twilio, Stripe, Google Calendar, Outlook — included in every tier.

Onboarding included

Setup, prompt customization, voice tuning, and team training. No "implementation fee" surprise on the contract.

Self-serve admin

Office manager can change hours, providers, fee schedules, and booking rules without filing a ticket.

Monthly contracts

Default monthly. Annual available with negotiated rate (DSO tier). No multi-year lock-in.

What changes by tier

The differences come down to scale, depth of customization, and support intensity:

Call volumeSolo handles up to ~600 calls/month; Growing up to ~1,500; DSO scales unlimited with per-location quotas.
CustomizationSolo uses our dental-tuned default prompts. Growing includes custom prompt tuning. DSO includes white-label branding and custom integrations on request.
Dedicated CSMSolo gets shared support; Growing gets a primary contact during business hours; DSO gets a named CSM with quarterly business reviews.
SLASolo and Growing operate at our standard 99.9% uptime target with email support; DSO comes with a contractual 99.9% uptime SLA, 1-hour P1 response, and credit policy.
ReportingSolo gets the standard dashboard. Growing adds weekly performance reports. DSO adds quarterly business reviews and custom KPI dashboards.

Pricing FAQ

Why isn't pricing fully public?

Two reasons. First, plan fit depends on call volume and locations — we don't want practices buying the wrong tier from a number on a page. Second, we're refining 2026 pricing publicly throughout Q2. We publish ranges and we'll quote you in 24 hours; what we won't do is play games with quote-only opacity to extract maximum spend.

Annual vs monthly — what's the difference?

Default is monthly. Annual is available on Growing and standard on DSO with a negotiated rate (usually 8–15% lower). We don't push annual on Solo because most early-stage practices benefit from the flexibility to adjust as they figure out the AI receptionist workflow.

What if I need to cancel?

Monthly contracts cancel at the end of the current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees. Annual contracts have an early-termination clause but we generally pro-rate. Read the BAA + MSA — both available on request before signing.

What counts as a "call"?

Any inbound call where Aria picks up and engages. Voicemails left without engagement don't count. Calls under 15 seconds (hang-ups, wrong numbers) don't count. Every billable call is itemized in your dashboard.

What happens if I exceed the call quota?

We don't cut you off. You get a notification at 80% and 100% of quota; if you go over, we either bill the overage at a per-call rate (disclosed in your contract) or recommend bumping to the next tier. We'd rather have you on the right plan than blowing through quotas.

Are setup fees included?

Yes for Solo and Growing — setup is included in monthly. DSO contracts sometimes include a one-time professional services fee for complex multi-PMS rollouts; this is disclosed in the quote, never a surprise.

Do you negotiate?

Modestly on Growing. More flexibly on DSO, especially for annual commitment or multi-location commitments. Solo pricing is standardized — we'd rather keep one consistent published number than play list-vs-actual games at the small end.
