Aria for Enterprise DSOs.
Run one AI front office across every location. Centralized governance, per-location voice, group-level reporting — built for groups of 5 to 500 practices.
Designed for the way groups actually operate.
DSOs and groups have a different problem than solo practices: they don't need an AI receptionist for one office, they need one front office stack across many offices. Here's how Aria handles that.
Centralized governance, local autonomy
Configure system prompts, scripts, voices, and integrations at the group level. Per-location overrides for hours, providers, services, and language. Push a change once — every location inherits it instantly.
Per-location KPIs, group rollups
Every voice call, chat, booking, and verification is tagged by location. The group dashboard rolls up volume, conversion, missed-call recapture, and after-hours bookings per location, region, and group total.
Standardized integrations, mixed PMS reality
Most DSOs run a mixed PMS estate — Open Dental in some, Dentrix in others, sometimes Eaglesoft. Aria supports all three through a unified configuration; the group team doesn't have to think about which adapter is running where.
Procurement & contract structure
Enterprise pricing, MSAs, dedicated CS leadership, security questionnaires, BAAs, custom DPA, SCC, and the audit log workflow most procurement teams expect. We've responded to 200+ vendor questionnaires.
Pilot-first deployment
Standard enterprise rollout is a 2-location pilot, 30-day measurement window, then phased rollout with a 5-location-per-week cadence. Most groups reach full coverage in 8–12 weeks.
Training & enablement
We host group-wide training for office managers, regional leads, and corporate teams. Train the trainer. Plus monthly group office-hours after launch.
What 'group-aware' actually means.
When you deploy a generic AI receptionist across 50 locations, you end up with 50 independently drifted configurations. Each office manager tweaks something. The corporate team has no visibility. Reporting is unreliable because every location's call types are named differently.
Aria's group architecture solves that. Group-level configuration is the source of truth. Per-location overrides are explicitly scoped — a location can override hours, services list, providers, voice, and language defaults, but cannot override compliance settings, recording policy, escalation rules, or system prompt structure.
Reporting joins across all locations. Group-level dashboards compare locations side by side: which is converting calls best, which has the highest after-hours recapture, which has the worst no-show rate. You can see at a glance which locations need attention.
When a new location opens, you clone an existing location's configuration, change the service area, providers, and hours, and ship. Most new locations are fully configured in under 30 minutes.
Built for the security review every DSO runs.
Most DSOs we work with require a 50–80 question security questionnaire, a BAA, a DPA, and a vendor risk review before launch. We've built Aria to make that easier, not harder.
BAA available
We sign a BAA with every DSO customer before any PHI flows. Standard turnaround is same-day.
HIPAA-aligned controls
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, breach response plan, employee training. SOC 2 Type II target Q3 2026.
Data residency
All PHI hosted on U.S. infrastructure. No offshore data transfer for U.S.-based DSO customers.
Audit logs at the group level
Every action — config change, recording access, integration toggle, user login — is logged with actor, timestamp, location, and reason. Audit logs are exportable to your SIEM.
Single sign-on (SSO)
SAML SSO via Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace. SCIM provisioning available on the enterprise plan.
Vendor security questionnaire
We maintain a pre-filled SIG, CAIQ, and short-form questionnaire response set. We can typically respond to a vendor questionnaire within 5 business days.
Enterprise pricing, honestly explained.
DSO contracts are different from solo-practice subscriptions. We price per location with volume tiers, plus a flat group platform fee that covers the corporate dashboard, SSO, and dedicated CS leadership. We don't charge per minute or per call — predictable monthly cost.
Multi-year discounts are available for groups committing to 24 or 36 months. We also support delayed-go-live pricing — you sign now, locations onboard on a phased schedule, and we don't charge full price until each location is live.
All enterprise contracts include a BAA, our standard DPA, a 30-day pilot rollback clause, a service level agreement, and a clearly defined termination assistance period. We send the full term sheet on the first call — no negotiation theater.
Talk to our enterprise team for custom pricing: enterprise@ariadental.ai. Most groups schedule a 60-minute scoping call before pricing.
DSO procurement questions answered.
How does Aria handle a mixed PMS estate (Open Dental + Dentrix + Eaglesoft)?
Each location's PMS is configured independently. Aria's adapter layer routes API calls to the correct PMS for each location — your corporate team manages one Aria configuration, not three.
Can our group brand override the Aria voice and persona?
Yes. Voice, persona, greeting, and call language are configurable per location. Some groups use a single brand voice across all locations; others let each location preserve a local feel. Both work.
What's the typical enterprise rollout timeline?
Standard is a 2-location pilot for 30 days, then a phased rollout at 5 locations per week. Most groups reach full coverage in 8–12 weeks. We provide a project manager and weekly status updates throughout.
Do you support SSO and SCIM?
Yes. SAML SSO via Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace. SCIM user provisioning available on enterprise plans.
How are recordings and PHI handled?
All PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest. Voice recordings are retained per the policy your group sets — typical retention is 90 days, configurable from 30 to 365. Group admins can set retention policy globally; locations cannot override it.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes — we sign a BAA with every DSO customer before any PHI flows through Aria. Same-day turnaround on standard BAAs.
